Refund & Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee

Every batch is third-party tested (Janoshik Analytical) and ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If a product does not match its stated specification, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email contactgreyresearch@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions before shipping anything back. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.

Opened Products

For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened vials cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of verified quality defects (see Quality Guarantee above).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — no return required unless we ask for one.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost or stalled, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Once the carrier confirms loss (or 15 days pass with no movement), we will reship your order or refund it — your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number has been issued, the return policy above applies instead.

Research Use Only

All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. Returns are not accepted for reasons related to use outside that intended purpose.
