Our commitment
Grey Research is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We regard accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project.
What we are working toward
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
We want to be straightforward about where we stand: this site has not yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Work completed so far includes descriptive alternative text on product and content imagery, labelled interactive controls, keyboard-operable navigation and cart, and semantic page structure. Work continues on the remainder.
Known limitations
Some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party components we do not control — such as embedded payment interfaces and externally hosted certificate-of-analysis documents. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, contact us and we will supply the same information in an accessible format.

If you encounter any part of this site you cannot access or use, we want to hear about it. Your report is the fastest way for a barrier to get fixed.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and will tell you what we intend to do about the issue and when. If you need information from this site in an alternative format — or need help completing an order — contact us and we will assist you directly.
