Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Grey Research ships within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward or reroute an order to a freight forwarder.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

“Order confirmation” means the point at which payment has cleared, not the moment the order is placed. Several of our payment methods are confirmed manually, so if you pay by Bitcoin, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, your order stays in an On hold state until we see the funds. The 24-hour dispatch window begins then. Paying during business hours is the fastest route.

Carrier, cost, and delivery

We ship via USPS with tracking included on every order. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Delivery time after dispatch is set by the carrier and is not guaranteed by us. Typical domestic transit is 2–5 business days. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control.

Our compounds ship lyophilized and are stable at ambient temperature in transit. No cold-chain or expedited service is required to preserve them.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email address on your order once the package is dispatched. You can also look up an order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

If you have not received tracking within two business days of your payment clearing, email us before assuming anything is wrong — the most common cause is a delivery receipt landing in a spam folder.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you enter. We ship to the address exactly as provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the return and reshipment postage.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, first check with your household and your local carrier — carriers occasionally mark a package delivered a day early. If it does not turn up within three business days, contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the contents. See our Refund & Returns policy for how these are resolved.

We cannot accept returns of opened or used product.

Research use only

All products sold by Grey Research are supplied for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption. By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes.
