Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If your order shows “On hold”

On hold means we have your order but have not yet confirmed payment. Orders paid by Bitcoin, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo are confirmed by hand, so there is a short gap between you sending payment and us marking it received. Nothing is wrong — your order moves to Processing as soon as the funds land, and ships within 24 hours after that.

If your order shows “Completed”

Completed means the package has been dispatched and a tracking number has been emailed to you. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after a label is created; a label that says “pre-shipment” has been printed but not yet scanned by the carrier.
